We talk about your music, your goals and your live experience: which festivals suit you, where do you want to play, and when are you available?

From my database I pick the festivals that match your genre, your size and your reach – from regional open airs to festivals abroad. Targeted rather than scattershot.
Applying at the right time
Many festivals fill their slots in fixed application windows, often months in advance. My booking tool reminds me as soon as a window opens, so your request never arrives too late.
A convincing pitch
Every promoter gets a personal request with everything they need to decide: music, live video, band info, photos and technical details.
Follow-up and overview
I keep track of who has been contacted, who has replied and where a reminder makes sense. You always know where you stand.
Always up to date
Festivals come and go, contacts change, application windows shift. That's why my database is checked automatically on a regular basis: does the festival still exist? Are the contact and application window still correct? So your requests don't go nowhere.
What you should bring
- At least three songs in good recording quality
- A live video that shows what you can do on stage
- Current press photos and a short band bio
- Your music on streaming platforms and an active social media presence
- Live experience – and the willingness to travel a bit further for a good slot

To be honest
Nobody can guarantee a booking – festivals often receive hundreds of applications for a handful of slots. But with the right selection, the right timing and a convincing application, your chances increase significantly. And you save yourselves many hours of research and writing.
